About this project:

The owners decided to enlarge the family area in their brownstone - and extended into the house next door, taking over that basement.

A study/play room was added in the back of the house with access to the garden, in the front a guest room/den.

The kitchen and the rest of the existing basement got a make over: new cabinet doors, the floor was refinished and the whole place was painted.
Another new addition was the greenhouse, and the garden itself got a make over as well, pergolas to provide some shade, new paving, and a ‘shrub wall’ to create a private little patch of lawn in the center.
