F. HOUSE

FOR BEFORE & AFTER

About this project:

The location of kitchen and breakfast room were switched in this house. The focus is now on a much bigger kitchen, attached to it a small but friendly breakfast room and a new powder room.

Instead of wood paneling and wood cabinets, everything with a very rustic feel to it, creamy soft colors (and a highlight of gray blue at the stove wall) dominate the rooms now.

It is still a traditional kitchen, but lighter, and much more functional.

The door to the back yard was relocated to make room for the fridge and wall ovens.

A bay was built where sink and dish washer are now in good relation to fridge, oven and stove, creating the ‘work triangle’, aimed for in every kitchen.
