As the project progresses, we are often asked to provide Interior Design services:  consulting regarding paint colors, plumbing and light fixtures, fabrics, furniture, etc. These services are provided on an as-requested basis.

Purchasing materials, furniture, appliances, etc: Trade discounts can be as much as 40-50% of the retail price. Unlike most design firms, we pass our trade discounts on to you.  You pay the same discounted prices the vendors give us, and we charge you for the time involved in purchasing these items. On some projects, these savings can offset our entire fee.
