Includes but is not limited to:

• Periodically observe the work to review general compliance with Contract Documents and schedules. (Approximately once a week.)  

Note: We can be your eyes & ears during construction, but the Contractor is a separate entity from Boschen Design and is solely responsible for its own performance.

• Review unexpected site conditions, evaluate alternative solutions to problems and provide consulting for the

                orderly advancement of the work.

• Evaluate completed work and the contractor’s requisitions; recommend payment of appropriate amounts.

• Review shop drawings or samples, if called for in the Contract Documents.

• Provide final Punch List to client/s and contractor, showing work to be completed before final payment is due.
