Bidding/Negotiations ("BN")
Includes but is not limited to:

Assemble a bidder's list. (Usually 3 General Contractors. We can suggest contractors who have done well in the past.)

Issue bid versions of the Construction Documents and procedural instructions to the bidders & client/s.

Bidding usually takes 2-3 weeks. During that time:

Review the AIA-107 form contract with Client/s.

Visit the site and review the bid documents with bidders.
-
Respond to bidders’ questions, issue Addenda if required.
-
Receive & evaluate the bids, and advise the Client/s during negotiations.
-
Once an agreement is reached, prepare a Construction Contract between the Client/s and the selected bidder.
