Only applicable, if your building is in a Landmarks District. Includes but is not limited to:

• Submit the DoB plans to the LPC.  This starts LPC’s review.

• Respond to LPC’s concerns.  Revise & augment the design & documents as required.  Coordinate LPC’s review with DoB’s.

• Obtain approval from LPC and submit the approved plans to the DoB.
