Building Review ("BR")

Only applicable if it's a Coop/Condo. Includes but is not limited to:

  • Submit plans & other information to the Building’s Management &/or Architect for review.  (This usually starts with drafts of the Building Department plans & forms.)

  • Respond to the Building’s concerns, revise the design & documents as required before the Building will sign the DoB/LPC forms. 

  • Include Building Requirements on the Filing, Bid, and/or Construction documents as required by the Building.

  • Prepare other documentation as required/requested by the building.
