This phase reorganizes the design information for pricing and construction.  Basically, this is a matter of translating from the Clients’ “how does it look & feel?” language into the Contractor’s “how is it built?” language. CD includes but is not limited to:

• Prepare Construction Drawings, which describe the work graphically.

• Prepare written Specifications, which detail specific products & processes to be used. The Specifications also describe payment procedures, insurance requirements, safety responsibilities and other procedural requirements.

• Review the Construction Documents with Client/s.
